We’re looking for an experienced sales and growth professional to join Foundation in a leadership role and help us grow from an early stage startup into a dominant industry player.

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for rapidly growing Foundation’s device sales to millions of units per year while also establishing Envoy as the most recommended Bitcoin software wallet on the market.

Candidates must have prior experience scaling sales at a consumer hardware company.

Select Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of our Passport hardware wallet and future devices
  • Grow downloads of our Envoy mobile app and associated services revenue
  • Prepare and execute a cohesive outbound sales strategy, including effective advertising
  • Prepare and execute a cohesive distribution strategy for Passport and future devices, including retail and B2B opportunities
  • Collaborate with our Head of Marketing and the rest of the leadership team on partnerships, content, and other inbound and outbound sales efforts

Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience in a consumer hardware company (hard requirement)
  • Ability to first work as an individual contributor and then grow your team
  • 5+ years in sales and/or growth roles (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with overseeing advertising, partnerships, and distribution
  • Enthusiasm for Bitcoin and empowering people with freedom are required
